At sensador, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected delivery address.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on several factors, primarily your location.
Estimated delivery times by destination:
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–14 business days
- 🌍 International / Worldwide: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods or holidays. International shipments may also be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates listed above.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
At sensador, we understand how important timely delivery is and we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Courier disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation or logistical issues
In rare cases, delays may also result from address verification, payment authorization, or inventory availability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that sensador is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. That said, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and assist you every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf whenever possible and keep you updated.
Please note that sensador is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If the courier is unable to locate the package, filing a police report may be required.
