Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and invite you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken upon arrival. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered damage.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sensador is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

For delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
